LESSON 1
In these site u will find lots of things about America, American life and English Language; some idioms, sentences and useful expressions that americans use in daily language.It's a kind of casual language or I call like this. Let's learn some of them;
1) '' If I could I would,but I can't so I won't." I have learnt this usage today and I like it too much. It's the funniest way of rejecting sth.
2) I've also learnt a new word today. This fancy :P word is "CRAVE".For instance; ''These days I crave for chicken burger of burger king :)''...
As u understand from my perfect sentence that ''crave'' means a strong desire for sth. If u crave sth, you want to have it very much. I think Americans usually crave for sweet foods. They like junk food and most of the things are sweet. I wish they could crave for salty foods, so I could have more choices apart from french fries or chips...
3) student : ''Can I go to the bathroom?? "
teacher: ''I don't know. Can you...?? "
