About someone's appearance;

• ''You look tired" Bunun yerine ''Is everything OK?" denmesi daha dogru bulunuyor.
• Birinin kilo kaybindan bahsedip onu mutlu edeceginizi dusunuyorsaniz, yaniliyorsunuz..''wow, you've lost a ton of weight! " demek yerine "You look fantastic" demeyi tercih edin. Ardindan ''What's your secret?'' diye bir komplimanla konusmaniza devam edebilirsiniz ;)

In the work place;

• ''That's not my job '' derseniz isinize elveda deme ihtimalini de gozonunde bulundurun, bunun yerine "I'm not sure that should be my priority right now" deyip sorumluluklariniz hakkinda patronuz ile gorusebilirsiniz.
• ''I don't have time to talk to you'' demek kaba karsilanir, bunun yerine ''I'm just finishing something up right now. "Can I come by when I 've completed this?" diyebilirsiniz.

During a job interview:

• Is gorusmesinde asla ''My current boss is horrendous(korkunc)" demeyin :) ''I'm ready for a new challenge'' gibi pozitif etkiler yaratacak cumleleri tercih edin.
• ''Do you think I'd fit in here? " yerine ''What do you enjoy about working here?" cumlesini tercih edin.
• ''What are the hours like?" yerine "What's the day-to-day like here?" demek daha guzel bir izlenim birakir.
